Refund policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased on our site or in store.  All returns will be in the form of store credit only. 

  • You have 14 days from the day the order was delivered to initiate a return. 

  • The customer is responsible for the shipping cost (shipping label) for returning the item(s). 
  • SHOESyou have 7 days to initiate a return or exchange once you have received your item. Returns must arrive back to seller within 14 days of you receiving the item. Shoes cannot show any signs of being worn or they will not be accepted. 

Please note that that all clearance items, promotional sales and gift cards are final sale

We reserve the right to refuse any return if it is not received in new condition with tags.

To start a return or if you have any questions, reach us by emailing, willowaveboutique@gmail.com. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
