Shipping policy
- FREE local pick up in Muskogee, OK at 107 N. Main St.
- FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $75.00
- We process orders as promptly as possible. Shipping labels are created and processed within 1-3 business days. It may take up to 5 business days in some cases. Holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when placing your order. You will then receive an email notification when your package is out for delivery.
- Once an order has been place, we are unable to cancel it.
We only ship with the United States
If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing willowaveboutique@gmail.com so that we can correct your address before the order has been shipped. If item has been returned to us for an incorrect address you are responsible for purchasing the new shipping label.
WILLOW AVENUE BOUTIQUE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PACKAGES LOST OR MISSING IN THE SHIPPING PROCESS. PLEASE CONTACT THE POSTAL SERVICE THAT IS USED WITH THE TRACKING NUMBER. ONCE THE ITEM IS SHIPPED IT IS NO LONGER IN OUR CONTROL. IF AN ITEM(S) ARE LOST OR MISSING, WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ISSUES A RETURN. THANK YOU FOR UNDERSTAND.
